Return and Refund Policy

At Wild Natured Soul, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at wildnaturedsoul@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
